Jerry, originally of Flagstaff, AZ, has worked for the past two-and-half years as the Vice President of Marketing for the Great Falls Development Corporation. Chavez brings a significant amount of experience to the Minot area and will be a tremendous asset to the economic development of the Minot area.

Susan promotes the objectives of Minot's Workforce Development Program by directly marketing the community's available jobs and quality of life to distressed labor markets across the U.S. He also works closely with local leadership, professionals in business, and public officials to address unemployment issues to ensure continued growth and prosperity into Minot's future.
